The popular foot and hand reflexology. This is an ancient method of massaging pressure points on reflex zones of the foot and hand that correspond to the individual parts of the body. The technique is believed to help promote oxygenation of tissues, revival of waste, improves circulation, ease pain and treat a wide range of acute and chronic illness. (TIP: Great to have when you have body or breast surgery and cannot have a full body massage)

Traditional Thai Massage (2 hours)

Thai Massage is influence by Chinese and Indian healing arts, which involves a combination of stretching and acupressure techniques. The massages are oil free and performed on a mattress, loose pajamas are worn. This massage is a back and leg massage only unlike the Thai Herbal Massage which is a whole body massage.

Thai Herbal massage is a whole body massage. After the massage, a warm pouch of steamed Thai herbs is pressed against the body meridians. These types of herbs is said to be particularily good for sore muscles, aches, and increases blood circulation and toning of the skin.
